We were watching The Bloodhound Gang, and I yelled out "Is THAT Chip Zien?!" And at that moment that it doesn't matter how I feel romantic attachments to men. It didn't matter the men I have pleasured. For nothing has classified me more gay than that one fleeting moment.

"Queer" is probably the only popular term for anyone under the queer umbrella which was self-selected. Queer has been used to self-ID for over 100 years. Queer clearly demarcates individuals and shows inherent solidarity.
