Been a fan of Toni Storm ever since I saw her fight Piper Niven (then Viper) in 2019 for the WWE UK title at The Glasgow O2 Academy during ICW's Shug's Hoose Party VI.
Part of that has been seeing her getting up from losses at All In London and elsewhere to make it. A pity some can't be so patient.

Braverman isn't a dog whistleblower for far right extremists. She IS a far right extremist.
What she means by "the whole country" is English, Telegraph reading, port swilling gammonati. The rest of mainland Britain are either indifferent, have sympathy for both sides losses, or are republican.

Putting some of the blame also on devolved governments, however, was harsh, in view of them bringing in social distancing, and pressuring Westminster to lockdown, weeks before they bothered to do so.

I never heard it until I saw the highlights today. Drowned out by my F words of fear, desolation, joy and relief throughout the entire match. To my mind, Shankland's goal was as much a thing of beauty as the other three in the moment, and greeted with as many F words of delirium!

Strange that there is a Ukraine scheme which gives those who need it safe passage, a National Insurance number, access to Universal Credit, and the option to work. But those fleeing Congo, Yemen, Sudan, Gaza, Myanmar under the same war conditions? Nope. Wrong skin colour? You have to wonder.

I came close to going the same way in 2016. Luckily, I was already in a critical care unit (unluckily with a virus that attacked the brain and sepsis!), and they sorted the issue out in the nick of time. It's even worse than it sounds from reading about it. 😬 Like having a sword in your colon.

Brazil lost 6 from, what, 18 playing everyone regardless of ranking, Italy lost 2 from 8 in seeded group of 5. Brazil had the likes of Argentina and Uruguay, Italy had Norway and Israel as their hardest opponents, and still have a chance in the play-offs.

What I really liked was the urgency when we equalised even though there was over half an hour to go. No celebrations, just running back to the centre circle, wanting to get on with it. Only one team really wanted it by then. 3 minutes later it was 2-1.
