Not mentally fit for the job

Make mashed potatoes ahead and vac pac, reaheat in sous vide. Green bean casserole from *scratch* including the onion rings, actually worth eating. Cranberries from scratch. Real stuffing. Parker house rolls from scratch. Roasted brussels, roasted mushrooms, sous vide sweet carrots.

People not being excited for it may not be the same as it not being good.
