This is a 19-paragraph article to which 7 journalists contributed; it contains not a single hint that there is any impropriety in the President of the United States directing the Justice Department to investigate his political adversaries.

Feels good for sure. Completely unexpected but I'll take it. Nice to know we'll have some games in January to watch.

Not to mention, Patrick Mahomes *lives* off that play. So, if anyone's criticizing Maye, save some for the darling Mahomes.

I do and my conclusion is always, no. I think, at some level, this is what these people believe. They've created such a delusional, artificial reality to live in that this stuff feels like a natural extension of that. Anything that confirms their desired worldview (accurate or not) is true.

Eye of the beholder. I think they look dope. I'm a Pats fan, so there may be some bias but I dig them. Of all the NFL Rivalry unis, these are definitely nowhere near the worst. Take the Bills for instance. At least the Pats have different colored pants.

Exactly. Also, I look at it like this - you're expected to get offensive production from a stud outfielder. When you get that same production (or more) from the catcher position, that is immensely more valuable.

Looking at the helmets up close, I think they missed an opportunity. The star on the Flying Elvis should be red. That would look dope. It's too bland in monochrome.

I was just lamenting this trend myself

Like clockwork, the Patriots allow their opponent to march down the field and score on the first possession. This seems to happen every game.

Hopefully, they lock it down after this. As they also tend to do every game.

The accounts on here that constantly post screenshots of his posts must be sweating. Engagement rates dropping precipitously. Harrowing stuff.

I think they do it in Hockey World Cup tournaments. Even if you can't read the name in that language, if you still know who it is (their number helps with that) you would quickly associate the word/letters with the player. Maybe they'll do it during the Olympics in February.

I haven't listened in a while. Might have to give it a whirl.

They're a Boston band. My favorite tune on that is 'Laredo' and it has a pretty good version of Blondie's 'Sunday Girl'.

Yeah, I was thinking that, too. Reminds me of a nice little indie album from the 90s I liked a lot. The band is The Mudhens and the album name is Crickets.

Is that the band name or the album name? I'm thinking album.
