Can you make sure the Steam Machine's intro animation links to the logo before and the UI after, kinda like these transitions I added to the GabeCube:

@plagman.bsky.social Hey Pierre! Is there any hope the FSR solution used on the Machine's RDNA3 GPU cna be based on the unofficial FSR4 (the leaked one we've been using on the Deck?). This post seems to imply it would be almost impossible.

@dachsjaeger.bsky.social Hey Alex! Moore's Law is Dead calculated the cost of the Steam Machine parts, and it's looking like Valve might be able to seek it for $399-449... Maybe you'll like it a little more! Also, The Phawx is showing 6x higher fps on Epic preset with titles like Returnal!

@dachsjaeger.bsky.social Hey Alex you guys gonna discuss this big Valve Fremont leak? Valve's first TV Box in over a decade. It's been 17hrs since the benchmarks broke. Has a semi-custom CPU based on Hawk Point 2 but with a removed iGPU. Custom Valve mobo/case, dedicated RX 7600 GPU (No shared RAM).

Hey Alex, I stand corrected... Frametimes are bad even with Valve's lock. The only way to fix frametimes in Seattle results in massive lag...

For TLOU2 on the Deck, I'm now playing in Seattle on Medium/45, and I definitely advise ppl to NOT use the outdated FSR 3 and built-in framegen which introduces stutters, and instead use Decky Framegen which has FSR 3.1.3. Cap the game at 45 using Valve's frame lock, and ENJOY.

Don't use the game's framerate cap. Also, XeSS on Quality looks better than FSR.

Hey guys and @dachsjaeger.bsky.social can you please correct your Steam Deck review of TLOU2 in the PC video? Frame times are rocksteady if you use Valve's frame lock instead of the game's. I've been playing through the first 3 hours on Medium with a few tweaks, no FSR, no framegen, at a LOCKED 30.

This is what my 2026 will look like if #Valve release everything they're supposed to release in 2025.... @gamingonlinux.com @plagman.bsky.social #Deckard #SteamDeck #Fremont #HLX #HalfLife

Damn at 70% off in February.... It's a little tempting. But I'm fairly certain I won't touch it, and EA also blocked even single player on the Deck, so I'll pass.

Got a heavily modded SPFL 2025 with Fanurex's Overhaul running on my Steam Deck! It's a little immersion-breaking to hear 'I'm so glad that Jurgen is a red' chant in the Slot era, will try to fix that this weekend!

So AMD meant the Fremont console would be Z2 powered? I was personally hoping for a little more juice on the Fremont. Or is the Deckard? That would require immense foveated rendering. Either way, didn't think the Z2 was good enough for the Deck 2.
