He seems to think he gets an endless pass because he performed those first gay wedding in SF city hall, all those years ago. And sadly, with people who don't pay attention, he does. I'd hold my nose and vote for him over a Trump heir, but I will first work hard not have to hold my nose!

Sometimes, when confronted with rudeness, violence, hostility, people are stunned into silence. So they need to plan their reaction. Reporters have seen this long enough to stop being stunned. Time to have a plan and execute it. They will get the chance, sadly.

Happens everywhere. I spent a night at Stanford's ER with partial compartment syndrome in my hand. No water or meds, as potential surgical candidate. And they had no pillows. They kept walking in and telling me to elevate my arm. HOW? It's very hard to keep a PCP in CA too. They all go concierge...

I'm no billionaire but I made $ in Silicon Valley. I have family, friends, who didn't. I want our country to be a place where you can work and live a good life, even if your career doesn't throw easy money (and it is - we didn't work harder than lots of folks) your way.
