There is this weird thing about being part of a fandom… like imposter syndrome but for being a “good enough” fan. Sometimes it makes me uncomfortable, even when 90% of the fans are sweet and respectful and wonderful.

Update: After taking time off work to get Hozier tickets, trying for 2 hrs to get a pit ticket and crying a little bit, I found a resale ticket that was x2 the face value but I bought it anyway. Because the show is 3 days before my birthday… and I deserve it? Yeah. That’s it.

I’m seeing a lot about this from fans and I do agree his stance is neutral. He usually positions himself more strongly when it comes to matters of violence and colonization.
