Fractured molar. Got it pulled this morning. Once the aching is over I should be pain free. Now to figure out if I want an implant.

No sleep. One of my teeth is killing me. Not sure if it's a cracked tooth, if I need a root canal, or some kind of infection. I've taken 2 Tylenol-3 and they have barely taken the edge off. I get temporary relief from cold water on that side of my mouth, but that only lasts a minute or two.
