So this happened today.
Zeke turned 4 in September. We’ve been working on walking for a couple of years. Today he not only took his first real steps on his own - he did at least 10 yards!!
Such a huge moment for him!! 🥹

I expected it to have a corkscrew motion but not quite - tho the timelapse was at the end of the event.
I’m assuming there was a local rotor that had enough moisture to get some condensation. Curious if anyone else has seen anything like this?

Was looking back through some old Instagram posts and came across this cloud formation I captured on 19 June 2019 in Boulder, CO while taking a work break. (Realized it was before I joined Bluesky.) It appears to be a type of Kelvin-Helmholtz wave. I hustled back to take a timelapse of it

Was looking back through some old Instagram posts and came across this cloud formation I captured on 19 June 2019 in Boulder, CO while taking a work break. (Realized it was before I joined Bluesky.) It appears to be a type of Kelvin-Helmholtz wave. I hustled back to take a timelapse of it

Childcare issues kept me from attending the latest No Kings protests in Denver, but tremendously encouraged scrolling through and seeing folks stepping up in large cities and small towns across this nation. It gives me hope for my boys’ future. 🚫👑

Mulling James Dobson’s passing. While tempting to vilify those we disagree with (often with good reason) my hope remains in a God of love and forgiveness that applies to all. Such a posture may feel very uncomfortable with the self righteous (for which I often fall into that category)

"Golden Hour" as the sun mercifully descended. It was everything I needed.
As we returned to the Jeep, I checked my phone and had several messages that we bombed Iran and my heart became this cauldron, stirring the joy of the time we just spent with the anger/sadness of the continued path …
