Same. Haven't even watched my favorite late night talk shows, SNL skits that make fun of the sh*t show, or much local news. It's been great finding joy elsewhere.
I haven't watched a second of cable news in ten days, probably the longest stretch without doing so in my professional life, and my mental health has markedly improved.
