The ICC issued arrest warrants for Israel echoing its Putin warrant. Non-recognition by Israel, like Russia, limits enforcement, relying on member states' cooperation.
Neither Israel nor Russia are parties to the ICC, warrants reinforce justice in PR but risk undermining ICC authority if unenforced
International Criminal Court (ICC) judges have issued arrest warrants over war crimes, for Israel’s prime minister and former defence minister, as well as Hamas's military commander.

If international law means anything, the 124 states should enforce this warrant.
