I visited family in SoCal recently & my 7yo niece had a book from a kiwi box. I was so horrified at this page I took a pic. This was published in 2021 when it was very easy to know he was a terrible person and not that smart.

Three different accounts: Call to activism; Kamala supporters; and Blue Wave support all posted the identical quote from the post above: "Bluesky is awesome now, for how long?" I mean, look, all things change and end, we will all die, earth will be uninhabitable in a billion years, then the sun will expand and destroy the planet, and the universe will die a slow death of proton decay. A lot of these questions were hard to answer! But I landed in the "Democratic socialist" and "very progressive" camp.

Interesting. I'm not originally from SF, but I guess I've lived here the longest, so it makes some sense.

I'd never seen these pasta straws before tonight, but they work great and they're gluten free, too (not that they're really edible). Finally a compostable straw that lasts longer than the time it takes to drink a super duper milkshake!

They invited some of the opening band to join them in stage. Versatile group. People switched instruments.
The New Master sounds playing with some of the Lucky Strokes they invited to join them. The drummer is on keyboards for some reason for this song and the keyboardist is out of frame playing the cymbals.
