I visited family in SoCal recently & my 7yo niece had a book from a kiwi box. I was so horrified at this page I took a pic. This was published in 2021 when it was very easy to know he was a terrible person and not that smart.

Tbf, that use has become acceptable per Merriam Webster. Language is a dynamic thing. RE enormity: "Those who urge such a limitation may not recognize the subtlety with which enormity is actually used. It regularly denotes a considerable departure from the expected or normal."

I'd never seen these pasta straws before tonight, but they work great and they're gluten free, too (not that they're really edible). Finally a compostable straw that lasts longer than the time it takes to drink a super duper milkshake!
