2025 has been a cruel game of ups and downs for me, and I'm happy to report that I'm back on the upswing!
I received my holiday work bonus yesterday, and it is enough to cover the cost of the car repair bill!
I don't dodge bullets, I dodge nukes 🤣

Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.

Last year my first ever attempt at cooking a turkey ended up being overcooked and I broke the foil pan spilling buttered turkey juice all over the stove top.
Any tips on how to oven roast a turkey proper? What's the sweet spot for the meat temperature knowing its gotta rest after pulling it out?
