BC Hydro wants Net Metering dead. after 2yrs of consultation and engagement with customers and stakeholders BC Hydro has just proposed paying 3% over wholesale for customer owned solar energy -for the next 5yrs.
and they are raising our rates 7.12% over the next two years.

Still no word on this apparent geotechnical issue at the #SiteC dam. We've asked BC Hydro, Energy Minister Adrian Dix @adriandix.bsky.social and the BC Energy Regulator (resp for project safety) for comment, but crickets. This video has been circulating for more than a day. #bcpoli
