We last had HPB around here some 25+ years ago (it was in another city, before we moved from that city). Our libraries don't seem to have these books.

I appear to have found a place to buy them, at about ~20-25 USD each counting shipping (possibly could be cheaper if they merge shipping).

I've been sad I've never been able to get my hands on these books, physically or electronically.

The thing I find especially annoying, the _cheapest_ way to support the homeless, etc., is to just _give them what they need_. The punitive approach is several times as costly (and unnecessarily cruel), but even the 'regular' way is more time, trouble, and cost than simply giving what's needed.
