I feel absolutely sure romantasy is now a sufficiently large and established genre to have more than one look.

Checking out the Goodreads Readers Choice first round nominations for romantasy and if I were asked to do Kim's Game with these covers I'd be in trouble, because 10/12 are basically the same design. :/
No shade at all to the books, and the individual covers are all fine, but come on.

I really enjoyed the Magicals Anonymous spin offs as well, I wish there were more!

I think the novel is The Neon Court by Kate Griffin, it's definitely one of the Matthew Swift series.

I got married in the conservatory which gave us a fabulous view of panicking guests looking down from entirely the wrong levels. (I love the Barb but jeez, just... signs.)
