I’ve really been vibing to Jacques Pepin’s online videos lately. Tonight I whipped up his chicken thighs with potatoes and carrots. Some sautéing with salt, pepper, and paprika, a goodly amount of onion and garlic, both oil and butter, and then into the oven. So simple and so ridiculously delicious!

Somebody is 12 today! Retiring to spend time with Sir Barks Alot was the best decision I ever made. The Schnauzer, The Bark, The Legend! I love you Avro. You are every Woofer in the world to me!!
