Took a quick look at God Forskningssed 2024 but didn’t really find much on “utrikespolitik” eller “säkerhet” on this. Maybe not the right document to look into wrt this. Thoughts?

Seems like they are trying to implement something of that sort in Finland to guide the Finnish academy, and the minister’s justifications for this bring up the Swedish example, and specifically Vetenskapsrådet.
