An *actual* tofu press that I ordered finally arrived. It's currently, um, pressing tofu.
A tofu press. The top with a screw knob is white, with a transparent body, and inside is a green box that holds the wet tofu. A spring is positioned beneath the internal tofu box, which pushes the box up against a plastic panel that press's hard against the tofu to push out liquid. We have our compulsory knowledgebase AI for the company, and I was curious about something. I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
