Barrister (but posts are not in that capacity). Parent. He/Him. All views personal. General commercial litigation, trusts and equity, privacy, and (increasingly) public law. Covid continuing despite denial creates interesting legal consequences.
I think this is a pleasantly chill approach to take to the embarrassment of having this man at 8th in the line of succession to be our head of state. Essentially: PM says, I don't think about him, if his dad asked us to sort it out we probably would, but really not worth thinking about.

Did my civic duty, now time for the reward. From a friend, you won at least one extra vote by going to that horrid Meet the Candidates meeting in Khandallah, @rebeccamatthews.bsky.social - all power to you.

New Plymouth history Bluesky: any hints on naming this young lady? In Josiah Flight's papers. I'm wondering if it might be a niece of Thomas Kelly, the MP / Legislative Council member.

The hills beyond the wind-shaped trees in the middle distance are on the other island. It's a pity it is so slow and expensive to get there! $260-odd to fly to Takaha. #Karori

Tomatoes still going in the greenhouse in Karori! @elyobo.bsky.social

How can tamari almonds possibly have a five star health rating? They are roasted in soy sauce, no?

Creepy in a "concrete garden" sort of way :-/

Could modern capitalism survive truly valuing all lives equally? Don't ask AI.

This is quite interesting, but as always with LLMs, you have to ask yourself whether the preferences the system appears to reveal are consistent with what the system does in other contexts.
