I hate how unhelpful my coworkers and my managers are. I ask for help either making orders because I get shafted order density wise or I'm nearly out of product because our morning crew does fuck all for prep using an outdated prep sheet that doesn't ever come close to how much actual shit we need.

If only practicing the art fundamentals (and drawing nothing else) to get good doesn't work for you, don't do it.
It doesn't work for most.
Do whatever makes drawing fun enough to do it consistently and without overthinking to the point of self-sabotage.
