When my team met with our senator’s staff, they appeared genuinely surprised when we said that we as working-class Americans supported a government shutdown over the continuing resolution. They seem to assume Americans want the government operating. The problem: It isn’t.

I just watched it again, but the extended fan edit version. It’s much more coherent (at least for Twin Peaks), and it features more Bowie!
