My begonia unfurled this leaf today. After the tumultuous move she dried up and discarded most of her larger leaves (seen in background her last large one, crispy and kept just so she wouldn't be starved). It is indeed the time for new beginnings, despite of recent loss. #FullMoon #Eclipse #WitchSky

The first sprouts!!
After a tough week this feels like a sign. New things are coming and look how cute and green they are 🥰. These would be my chamomile coming up first to say hello
Chamomile Sprouts popping up from the peat starters. Only about 1 centimeter at this point but a lovely shade of green contrasting with the dark rich soil.

Yeast only dates back to the last 150 years. Before that, bread production relied on sourdough for a majority of human history.
I like to think I'm giving a nod to the ancients by giving up some of the conveniences of modern day.
