Fireworks are pretty heavy going this year. Especially with Millie. This time last year she was out abandoned on the streets having to endure the noise and smoke of the night not knowing what was happening.
She is at least safe and warm this year, but she is not having a good time tonight. 😔

Very happy today - the t-shirt I bought at a Muse gig in 2019? (possibly earlier!) which didn't come close to fitting by several sizes, now (just about) fits for the first time! 😎 gotta keep it up of course, but moments like this are awesome!

Sometimes, you forget you've lost weight - especially when you're still mostly in the same old clothes still - but every now and then someone shares a photo (like these two from my Mom's 60th, April 2024) that makes me stop and realise that no matter how slow, progress IS being made...😳
