Every year I make sure to buy everything for Thanksgiving the week before. But I always forget that we have to eat the rest of the week. So I always end up at the grocery store anyway 🙄😢

2021 so not super recent but it was new to me, The Fair Botanists by Sara Sheridan, a bit romance, a bit historical fiction but it follows the moving of the trees to the new botanical gardens in Edinburgh in 1822. I was in Edinburgh for the first time when I found it and just fell in love!

Absolutely disgusted. The Republicans won’t hold to the agreement and if you think they will you’re right to retire. You negated the value of everyone’s sacrifices this last 40+ days. Cowards.

We didn’t let our daughter get a phone until she was 14, now 25. I still have the ROCK she painted to look like a phone 😄

I’m 55 and had always wanted to learn Latin. Someone mentioned that it’s on Duolingo so I’ve been learning Latin the last few weeks!! You’re never too old to enjoy learning!

Goodness, you’re but a young chick! My dad, at the young age of 86, bought his dream house with a formal garden. While others are downsizing he bought a huge place, three times the size of my house! Don’t let age limit your actions. Dive in to your dreams.
