Watching the progress of #StormEowyn as it moves now in to Scotland, and the live cameras from North Ayrshire. I've family on the coast there, and in Glasgow, and feeling a bit nervous for them though thankfully they're tucked up at home.

I've been taken off mine (ADHD) due to side effects - back to re-starting titration again in the new year.
