I want to expand to sending submissions to smaller presses while I am sending to agents. What are some smaller presses to check out for #kidlit authors? Let’s make a list so we all have the info!

Final polishing touches on my stories and then sending them off to the agents who requested them. Just sending all the vibes and prayers and positive thoughts into the universe that one likes them 🤞🤞🤞

Aahh! I was asked to come read my story to an Elementary school! I don’t have illustrations because it’s not published, so my quick fix is to tell the story and then the kids will draw what they imagine the pictures will be!

Since losing my mom, I have been comforted by the belief we can reunite again. I’m celebrating Christmas filled with gratitude that He was born.

I came across a short story I had written in college with characters loosely based on my bf and myself at the time. I have been working on expanding into a full novel and I am loving it!
