Ultimately, it would go to a trial. And if a jury of your peers can't unanimously vote to convict you, then yes. And in "stand your ground" states, if an unidentified armed thug assaults you, you can use deadly force to protect yourself.

For that matter, in "stand your ground" states, you would be legally justified to shoot them dead on the spot if they assault you without properly identifying themselves beforehand. Which many of them are not.

And every single one of these ICE or CBP people that points weapons or otherwise assaults American citizens needs to be prosecuted when Democrats retake the government. I know the GOP are cowards, so they will do nothing.

I think this is actually a crime. Pointing a loaded weapon at an unarmed person without provocation, that may be assault. She should sue
