I assume SCOTUS will overturn this given it's controlled by Trump supporters. We'll see. The GOP budget bill contains a proviso to contain courts' ability to enforce injunctions, so if it passes Trump could conceivably just ignore SCOTUS anyway... all part of the destruction of democracy in America.

A reminder to support independent journalism, even if it's a small amount (I give $5 to The Guardian every six months). They're not owned by a billionaire like WashPo, whose opinion editor just resigned after Bezos ordered that all opinion pieces must be limited to supporting his preferred narrative
