So, thank you to the DA team for bringing us home one last time 💜💜💜

Even now I still can't clearly articulate what DAV means to me. There's an ethereal vulnerability that speaks to me and that connects on some primal level. And a part of that may be that this was our last trip home. Whenever you go home, things have changed, but it's still home.

One of the core themes of DAV is fighting impossible odds together, which parallels so much of what was happening behind the scenes.

Not all battles can be won, but even battles lost have value. At the end of the day it's about the people and the love and that was there for me and I won't forget it

DAV is not perfect, there are hiccups, plot holes and parts that you can see the stitching that was hurriedly done to make some semblance of sense with what they had left to work with. But there's so much heart. You can see where blood and tears were spilt, where battles were waged

A year later and I still love it. And the care and love that went into it is so clear. Thank you for being a part of that 🫂❤️
