Growing up on a reservation with undiagnosed mental illness, I slipped through a lot of cracks. How do I fill in those cracks? Do I need to become a psych? It's overwhelming to think about as I'm still on my ADHD med journey.

In the most respectful way, please do not give me powdered pepper and salt for my food. Ground pepper and kosher salt are necessities. I will say they aren't the most affordable option though #welisten #wedontjudge

It is exhausting having to research and figure out everything from black plastics to best ventilation practices to COVID vaccine schedules, I know this is a wild idea but have we thought about creating publicly funded government bodies that could manage and regulate this stuff on our behalf

If you have children, please try out an artificial dye-free diet if you can! A month at least to see if there is any difference in how your kids act as far as hyperactivity and impulsiveness. My toddler is a different kid for up to a week after any dye, I cannot stress how big the change can be.
