My in-laws accommodation is handily equipped with an early edition of the internet. This one is in Spanish, which we are not exactly fluent in.

On a short break.

Not for the car, but distinct memory of us getting our first portable cassette player (prob referred to as a ‘ghetto blaster’ - eek !) My Dad bought the cassette of this ‘on behalf’ of me, my wee bro and sis.

I think these predictions of widespread space programmes represent wishful thinking over a realistic assessment of the cost - particularly for nation-states.

Political instability in the Middle East pretty much a safe prediction, alas.
But the eco-terrorism theme continues. Here Greenpeace own a sub which torpedoes a tanker ! They might be entitled to take umbrage at that one given that in real life they were the victims of state sponsored terrorism !
