Beinn Airigh Charr is a fantastic hill. Not a bad one to camp on too.

Looking at that I wonder precisely which 5 hills the "5 Sisters" are.

I'd been told it was the 5 high tops visible along Loch Duich (the 5th not seen on the right here), but it would make more sense if the 4 pointy high tops and Sgurr an t-Searraich at the front were the 5.

On the contrary - it's a "think about it but don't do it" day.

Like quite a lot of weekends this year.

Certainly not something to be taken for granted, when lockdown shut me in Edinburgh I realised just how much I loved being able to stravaig across the country.

Can't imagine living in a less enlightened regime.

However - while I recognise a lack of biodiversity "no bugs" is certainly untrue!
