That apology doesn't say what you think it does. He talks about "working with segregationists" but doesn't mention his own segregationist views. He in fact implies he opposed them on the issue of segregation.

I'm highlighting that the DNC is captured by capital. Since my argument is that the DNC pays lip service to minorities for votes, without actually representing their interests in office.
