I'm back!

It's been a while since I had homemade burgers, and there's definitely some trimmings missing, but they were nice and tasty.
The caramelised onions were worth the prep time🤗

So I spent the weekend batch cooking to refill the freezer for the coming weeks. Chicken and Veg curry, salmon and leek risotto, leek and potato soup and Chilli con Carne.

Saves future me having to think about cooking for dinner!

So Arcane was great, overall. It's left me feeling a bit bereft, missing the characters, like a great book does, which I find is rare with film and TV. Superb animation and design, voice acting and visual imagination, but the 2nd season felt rushed and overcrowded...
