This regime is a nightmare.
This is where 60-year-old Edouard Lallemand, a lifelong angler who'd been fishing these waters for decades and knows that he was miles north of the border, was fishing when he was intercepted by a much larger US vessel, rammed, taken to the US side, and jailed.
