I've had a few and quickly realized citrus is a trigger; I've only had one since giving it up. I get a mild headache, and it only lasts a short time, thank goodness. I got one while driving once, which was scary!

Correction: I cut my triglycerides by over half and lowered my total cholesterol. Not by half, but enough to make my doctor happy.
