I want to give a shout out to my OBGYN. I had my annual exam and asked her why there is no "Are You There God, It's Me Margaret?" For menopause. She said there is. The Menopause Manifeo by @drjengunter.bsky.social . I'm in tears after the introduction. Thank you Dr. Bell for the recommendation.
