Concerned about the Stars v Gotham NWSL game tomorrow- AQI in Chicago is 235, which would currently warrant being postponed by the league. Can’t imagine it will be safe to play tomorrow given the current wildfire smoke map. 150+ AQI is widely thought to be harmful, especially for intense activity.

I’m really worried. Going to the game in person. From what I can see from various weather sites it’s supposed to be the worst in the afternoon.

Is anyone concerned about the air quality/ wildfire smoke in MN for the #USWNT game tomorrow? There’s an air quality alert for all of MN and projected to be around 102 tomorrow. Content from MCPA AQI. Wonder if the game will go on/ safe for players and fans.

Made it to the Gotham home opener yesterday- frustrating game but glad to get out to support the team. Hoping for some better outcomes soon!
