One thing we love in this house are stacks of blankies and beds on beds. It’s called exponential comfort look it up sweaty.
My tabby cat Cho curled up on a fuzzy purple blanket which is stacked on a blue blanket with a print of cats, which so stacked on a cat hidey hole. He needs all of that at once to have the comfort he deserves.

Don’t look at my clutter. But Cho didn’t flee to his room when I came downstairs this morning! Then, when he walked past Rookies playpen, she didn’t pounce at him!! Everyone got a little pile of treats for being good kitties. 🥰

We are getting braver. I don’t think we are quite ready to drop the safe room just yet, but I would say another few days to a week tops if everyone remains cool (looking at u rookie 🙄) This man LOVES SNACKS and is very curious about every single thing.

Made a wip bag that ended up holding a bunch of random skeins of colors, but everyone who saw it was like, I want one!!!! So bags for everybody. I love this yarn. This one is for my mama.
The first few rounds of a bottom-up crocheted bag. It’s a little circle right now. It starts in yellow and then changes to red at the outside. There’s a hook in it and 2 stitch markers.

I’m really glad Rookie is so independent/unbothered with the loss. They definitely had a “co managers” vibe where they both thought they were the boss. She’s now happily stolen all of his stuff. But she shouldn’t get too used to it because we won’t be a single cat household for too long.
