It is really difficult to describe what constant tinnitus is like and why it is such a exhausting experience especially when coupled with double/blurry vision and constant headache.

Projects were presented today. One was tshirts that each had a SA survivors story on it. Any of us that had a story to tell could write on one. Mine was a size 2 and was too big for when it happened. They were displayed and people could walk past and read them. Some ashore tore them all down.

With all the insults coming from the USA towards Canada lately, I'd just like to point out some of the times we have stepped up, stepped in, when we didn't have to at all, and we've never asked for a dime payback. Don't mistake kindness for weakness, friendliness for frailty.

Helping a classmate with their community service project for class. They're doing violence and SA against women and girls. They asked everyone to write on a t-shirt something about what happened. This was mine.... it is a size 2-4, XS, and it would have been too big for me then.

Feeling slightly panicky. After having a radical complete hysterectomy one year ago this week, to remove risk of cervical cancer that was developing, I have started having some signs I may need to have investigated. Truly hoping this is nothing and I won't need more surgeries.
