My friends: Once again, an American life was taken unjustly. The killing of ICU nurse Alex Pretti in Minnesota should alarm us all. Silence is complicity. Demand accountability from your leaders—or replace them. We are not going backward. We move forward.

I do believe Dr. King would be proud of “some” of the progress that has been made, but he’d be confused by us going from Obama to Trump. On this day as we honor his legacy, let us remain committed to justice and equality for all. This administration MUST be held accountable!!

I have a legit question. WTF is the purpose of Congress coming back if they’re not doing anything? Like are we just going to pretend as if this man is not destroying the whole damn planet and hope that it stops?? I need answers!!

The U.S. attacking Venezuela without Congress, then seizing its president, is unconstitutional and dangerous. I don’t support dictators—but war powers belong to Congress. “No new wars” was a lie. Fix healthcare and childcare instead of shredding democracy abroad.

I support legislation to improve access to medical care in rural Alabama. 90% of women of childbearing age live 30+ mins from care—some drive 70+ miles. Healthcare is a human right. We must invest in rural facilities. Caring for our neighbors should never be negotiable.
