The U.S. attacking Venezuela without Congress, then seizing its president, is unconstitutional and dangerous. I don’t support dictators—but war powers belong to Congress. “No new wars” was a lie. Fix healthcare and childcare instead of shredding democracy abroad.

I support legislation to improve access to medical care in rural Alabama. 90% of women of childbearing age live 30+ mins from care—some drive 70+ miles. Healthcare is a human right. We must invest in rural facilities. Caring for our neighbors should never be negotiable.

What we see is a battle between three groups within the Republican Party. Traditional conservatives, the far right, and then the far far right. My friends, don’t bother engaging with it, they have to sort it out themselves! It’s their fault for flirting with them in the first place.

I hope everyone understands what I’m saying here. This is not directed at anyone specifically, there is a lot happening and I don’t want good people that are fighting to improve society to get caught up in something that they may not necessarily understand.
