Managed to get through the AI chat to report this to a supposedly real person who told me that the product descriptions are provided by a 3rd party and I need to go to them. Literally zero care about having a racist rant hosted on their site. I think I'll just steer clear of WoB

@MikeFromLFE it's worth getting them checked out, it would just be nice if having to do so in the current system wasn't so frustrating and tiring! Hope they are indeed trivial

@MikeFromLFE Having to deal with this at the moment. I feel like they dismiss me as a hypochondriac because I submit multiple issues, so then I put things off until they escalate. It's not fun.
