If anyone ever figures out how to weaponize cat fur, I'm in trouble. I just removed the battery from my laptop to do a hard reset and I found more fur than I'd prefer to admit.

Am sitting in my chiropractor's office and I hear this weird sound that after figuring out what it is, I realize that I haven't heard this sound in *years*. A copier is printing many pages. On paper. That thwump, chikka, thwump sound is so calm despite the deadline stress I remember from years ago.

The National Eating Disorders Association laid off its entire helpline staff, 2 weeks after workers voted to form a union. Workers were replaced by an AI chatbot named Tessa, which didn't work. Instead of rehiring, NEDA shut down the helpline.

Took myself away to a spa for a couple nights to chill out. Best decision I ever made. My boy kitty Griffin disagreed, based on the poops he left on the rug upon my return. Everything is a communication. 🤣
