Haven’t been consistently here. After deleting Twitter I vowed to stay off if not delete FB & Insta. How the heck can I cut the social media cord!!! FB has become a cesspool of divisive rhetoric and hate. Insta, I haven’t even looked. Again, I hope to become more familiar here. Ideas appreciated!

I have been away from here & let fb suck me back in. I swore off and deleted twitter but still need to delete insta & fb. Fb is difficult because of the number of years & some of the connections I have made. But still every time I get on it I end up frustrated because it’s full of hate & lies.
