Another wonderful collab with @kirikomade !! This furoshiki (wrapping cloth — you can use it as a scarf or bandanna too!) was designed by me featuring PDX landmarks and a few little quirky details :) available through their brick and mortar and online!

Received two packages of amazing goodies of our collab from Kiriko Made — the most sturdy canvas tote ever! And a shirt of the same design (also thick and sturdy), a dragon tea infuser thermos and a Portland themed furoshiki. So amazing!

Had such a wonderful time at Fuyu fest, a sake tasting festival run by @sunflowersake ! Got to taste some delicious sake while vending my wares 🍶 I made these maekake (apron traditionally used to promote shops) inspired pieces last minute with the mossy slug stencil — aren’t they cute? #dyework

I love the murky, filmy iridescence of an indigo vat. Did a quick dye of some koi — usually I hand paint on the dye for these but I wanted to see what it would look like dip dyed in indigo. Hoping for a good result for a gallery show coming up 🎏 #katazome #indigo #indigodye
