A very small, delapidated small house, painted aqua green. The lawn is very lumpy, the railing on the porch looks like it’s about to collapse. The siding is covered in mildew or something, the white trim appears to be covering some mild wood rot. The house as a whole appears to be around 2 rooms in size… a 1bed apartment in house form.

What am I missing? (Serious question)
A graph of earnings for the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metro area, Total-Non-farm, in $/month. The graph is very lumpy with quaterly variation being quite visible, along with major downturns starting in 2000, 2008, and 2020. In 1990 it was about $1265. The same month in 2025 was $2136 Chart of housing CPI from 1990 to 2025, for the Seattle Tacoma Bellevue metro area. All urban consumers, not seasonally adjusted. It's a pretty smooth line from 385 on the left (1990) to about 900 in 2021, then it spikes upward to 1000 by 2023 before flattening off and ending at not quite 1100. A graph of the Consumer price index for Shelter alone, for the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metro area, all urban consumers, not seasonally adjusted. The baseline is 1983 or so, which is pegged at 100, and the numbers are relative to the cost then. The left of the chart, 1990, starts at 136 or so. It raises pretty linearly, if bumpily, until about 2011 where it's at around 260. From there it starts raising in a more curving-upward way, with a pause in the rise around 2020 that quickly resumes, ending up right around 500 in 2025.

The problem here is that that rogue wasted three rounds of combat to do 2d6+0 damage (on a contested check, expected damage ~3), and then 2d6+0 damage (save: expected damage ~4) to two more creatures.

And in the meantime that lame DPS rogue did like 40 damage.

Look at the "should have" section. I. ... uh ... have an interest in the development process, and some prior experience with neighborhood groups[*]

But ... that's it. No knowledge of architecture. Little interest in urban design. No idea what the language means in the design guidelines, etc, etc.
