Done, falling a bit behind in my 'one book a month' target for 2025 but this is the first book I've stuck at for years.
It started well, dipped a bit in the middle but finished strongly, 100% deserving of its international acclaim and success. Well worth a read. #KilliansBooks2025

It's 12c and all of Dublin are acting like it's the 19th day of a sweltering summer heatwave.
Shorts & t-shirts, queues to get to the beach in Bray, no ice-cream left in Lidl and the smell of BBQ filling the air. Mad stuff.

Given about 85% of stuff in our shops is owned by about 5 companies, ideological product 'boycotts' are impractical and really nothing more than showboating.
If you're going to do one then you should do all and anyone who thinks that's practical is looking at this for next week's dinner...

I understand this is probably a very niche post but is there anyone out there who makes #kefir ?
How do you add flavour through a second #fermentation? Is it just a case of dropping some fruit into the drink and leaving it (refrigerated?) for another 24hrs?

Unfortunately if you want to maintain any type of pension stability or growth it looks as if arms manufacturing is the only sector with a current positive outlook.
