I love that this man plays professional ball, but has the aesthetic of a guy who gets pulled half-way through a rec league softball game for being too drunk to swing.

I also didn't watch it first time around and I also feel like I should for reference purposes. I'm starting to worry it's a cultural vacuum in my knowledge well.

If you ask my coworkers, they'd definitely say it's more to society.

That's a drag. For the variety of storms we get, we don't often lose power. And when we do, it's usually not this long.

We lucked out on the fridge because I have to go grocery shopping tomorrow anyway. But yeah, spending the whole day without power is a definite do not recommend.

Power has now been out a little over 8 hours. First it was a mechanical failure at a substation. Then something else broke when they fixed the first thing. Now they're saying it's a burnt up pole that they have to replace.

Also the Hardee's apparently caught fire.

We are having a day.

We're lucky to have a gas stove. At least we won't freeze.

Ha! I hope it erased more towards the flurries side for you. The wind has been whipping, but not sure about the outage. About half the town is out now.

I'm farther south than you, I think. The snow just started here, but I don't think it's supposed to accumulate much.
