My field was digital media, now its history. But i’m an independent historian. Both are fields LLM is hoovering up data from. The only thing I use LLM’s for is oral history interview transcriptions. Which still needs checking, but it shaves off 3 hours of work.

Yeah I am no longer in academia but if i was I wouldn’t use LLM’s, like I don’t use them now for the historical research i’m doing.
